Achaea, Axaia in Greek, is a region where ancient heritage meets an enduring spirit of discovery. Shaped by centuries of cultural exchange, curiosity, and adaptation, it reflects a philosophy that deeply resonates with me: the courage to explore beyond the familiar.

This philosophy is at the heart of AxaiaSoft.

I believe meaningful innovation rarely follows a predefined path. It emerges from curiosity, experimentation, challenging assumptions, and the willingness to venture into uncharted territory.

My approach to software development combines analytical thinking with creative exploration. I question conventions, embrace emerging technologies, and seek new perspectives to transform complex challenges into intelligent, purposeful solutions.

For me, software development is more than writing code. It is about understanding problems, exploring possibilities, and creating solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Inspired by my roots. Guided by curiosity. Built for what comes next.

MolScope: Molecular Research Explorer

Explore molecular structures, hydration energies, and prediction errors with open data and transparent machine learning.

Description
MolScope is an exploratory chemistry research app by AxaiaSoft. It combines interactive 2D and 3D molecular visualization with open FreeSolv data to investigate relationships between molecular structure and hydration free energy. Users can explore 642 molecules, filter molecular features, compare similar compounds, and examine differences between experimental measurements and simulation results. A transparent kNN model estimates hydration energy from molecular fingerprints and reports its performance on separate test data against a simple baseline. The prototype supports CSV import, SMILES queries, local SDF geometry import, and data export. Chemical analysis runs in the browser using RDKit and WebAssembly. Its 3D views display computed conformers with rotation, zoom, and multiple rendering styles.

COSMA: Your Interactive Universe Lab

A visual laboratory for cosmic thought experiments. Explore three-dimensional space scenes, switch between seven spectral views, and change how a model universe evolves.

Description
How might the universe have evolved under different conditions? COSMA turns this question into an interactive experience. An adjustable timeline spans 13.8 billion years of cosmic evolution. At selected moments, sliders let you change matter concentration, star formation, and black hole activity. A side-by-side comparison with an unchanged reference reveals the effects on subsequent model development. Rotatable 3D scenes illustrate the cosmic web, galaxies, nebulae, and a schematic star system. Seven spectral views, from radio to gamma rays, highlight different components. Profiles of familiar astronomical objects explain their properties and chemical constituents. Experiments can be saved locally, exported as scenarios, and captured as images. A dark, responsive interface puts visual exploration at the center of the experience. COSMA is an experimental prototype built on simplified illustrative models. It demonstrates qualitative relationships. Full cosmological simulation and molecular chemistry calculations are potential directions for future development.
